Way from Sapa to Hanoi

• 13:00 and 14:00 everyday we pick up at the meeting point Sapa Group Bus Office – 426 Dien Bien Phu Street, Sa Pa, Lao Cai
• The bus can also drop by Noi Bai Office for passenger who want to go to Airport
• 19:00 and 20:00 arrive 160 Tran Quang Khai, Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi

• Individual cabin on the 2nd floor (Please NOTICE: If all 2nd floor cabins are fully booked, a shared cabin on the 1st floor will be booked for you instead)

• Children with age 0 – 4 are free of charge as long as they share the seats with their parents
• The duration of transfers may vary due to traffic conditions
• Food and drinks are allowed for consumption inside the vehicle, with consideration to maintaining cleanliness during the trip

Cancellation Policies

• More than 72 hours before the starting time: 100% refund but with USD 2 / person as handling fee
• 48 hours to 72 hours before the starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
• Within 48 hours before the starting time: No refund
• Passenger not showing up: No refund
